Janitorial Supervisor
Responsible for oversight of employees as well as cleaning of designated facilities.
Responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met.
Ensure all areas of the trash receptacles are free of debris.
Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures by our Clients, and by regulatory authorities.
Manage employee lunches and breaks.
Ensure clear communication with all staff.
Effectively coach, counsel and discipline employees.
Consistently set a positive, professional example for workforce.
Check and ensure buildings for cleaning issues and communicate to technicians about them.
Train new cleaning technicians.
Janitorial Manager
We are looking for a motivated individual with Janitorial Manager experience. Designate work assignments and inspect work to ensure assignments are being completed in a timely and quality manner.
Set up work schedules and assignments accordingly to work load.
Provide a high level customer service to customers, and assist in daily cleaning.
Look for ways to improve efficiently.
Identify and manage employee issues.
Process payroll, and organize employee schedules.
Ensure supplies are properly stocked and equipment is working and maintained properly.
Inspect all safety and security procedures and including policies and procedures.
Manage all shifts weekly.
Communicate daily with on site Manager, and provide weekly reports.
